Publication Fee Policy
Gold Open Access Model: The International Interdisciplinary Scientific Journal “ONE” follows a Gold Open Access publishing model. All published articles are made freely and permanently accessible online without subscription or access charges for readers. Article Processing Charges (APCs), where applicable, are used to support editorial processing, peer review management, proofreading and editing, journal layout, digital publication, long-term archiving, and the dissemination of research.
The Article Processing: The journal does not charge submission fees.Charge becomes payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication following the peer review and editorial evaluation process.
The International Interdisciplinary Scientific Journal “ONE” has established an article processing charge to cover the costs inherent in the publication process. This fee is set at 150 EUR for an article up to 10 pages in length. For each additional page beyond this limit, an author is required to pay an additional fee of 5 EUR. This charge encompasses the costs associated with the peer review process, article proofreading and editing, layout of the journal, and the publication of its electronic version.
Payment Procedure: Upon completion of the article review process and once an article has been approved for publication in the forthcoming issue of the journal, the corresponding author will be notified via the email provided by them. The author, after submitting the article to the journal’s editorial board, commits to maintaining the confidentiality of the text concerning third parties not involved in the publication process until a decision regarding the article’s acceptance is communicated. Following the notification of acceptance, an invoice will be issued to the author for the publication fee. Payment must be made via bank transfer according to the banking details provided on the invoice. It is the responsibility of the author to ensure the payment is made in a timely manner to facilitate the publication of their work.
Editorial Independence: Editorial decisions at the International Interdisciplinary Scientific Journal “ONE” are based solely on the scientific merit of the submitted manuscripts, including originality, methodological quality, and relevance to the journal’s scope. The ability of authors to pay the APC does not influence editorial decisions at any stage of the peer-review or editorial evaluation process. All manuscripts are subject to the same peer review procedures regardless of the authors’ financial circumstances.
APC Waiver Policy: The journal recognizes that some authors may have limited access to research funding. In exceptional circumstances, the Editorial Board may consider partial or full APC waivers. Requests for an APC waiver must be submitted to the editorial office before the publication process is finalized and should include a brief explanation of the circumstances preventing the authors from covering the publication fee. All waiver requests are evaluated individually by the Editorial Board. The granting of an APC waiver does not influence the editorial decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript.
